I'm looking at my page's engagement rate and I'm confused. Under "posts and engagement" and then Top posts, Zoho gives the engagement rate. Sometimes it's under 1%. But then when I go into the same post and to stats it might say 9,39%.

What's the difference between the two rates? And how does Zoho work out its engagement rate? How can I get the overall engagement rate?
