Unable to add form to site

Hello...

I am new to Zoho sites and I am trying to add a contact form to a site but I am receiving an error stating that a form (any form because I tried several including creating my own) can be added to the site. I did manually modify the CSS for the site to change the appearance of the title and caption but have used the visual editor for all other modifications.

Thoughts?
