Unable to configure Zoho Analytics Integration (from CRM) despite being Administrator
Hello there,
we have currently added a new custom field in the CRM for Deals. However, we want this to sync into Zoho Analytics but we can't access the settings. Below is what we want to achieve:
However, when I follow the instructions, this is what I get, there is no configuration:

There is no configuration to be found. I've blocked out the integration owners name for security reasons and unfortunately that user is no longer with us. But on the Zoho Support site it said that any administrator should have the privileges to alter this regardless. Any help here would be appreciated.
