Unable to Integrate Zoho CRM and Zoho Project

I have a free trial of Zoho Projects and if it works well I will definitely subscribe. However, I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to merge a project with a CRM account and/or contact. It would greatly help me to not have to retype all the tasks I'm working on in the CRM application. I have a project set up in Projects and need to associate it with a company account record. I receive error messages whether I go to the Projects tab in CRM, or whether I select "Associate Project" in an Account or Contact record. Here are screenshots of the errors I receive. 

I have followed instructions carefully as to how to associate projects in CRM (Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Zoho Projects > Update ZSC Key>Credentials were updated successfully). It appears that things have been set up correctly, but when I go to associate a project in CRM, I receive the same error message. 

I'd love some help with this. Thanks so much.
