Unsubscribe status

We are using the "Autoresponders - Push Member Status as Fields in Zoho CRM" in Zoho Campaigns.  It seems to be working as I am seeing the data populated in Zoho CRM.  My question is if a subscriber unsubscribes from a list is some sort of unsubscribe status sent with the Push Member Status functionality?  If not, is there another way to get the unsubscribe status into the CRM without having to use the API?
