Update Field Trigger using Leads and Contacts Not working as expected
Hi there,
I am using an 'Update Field' trigger to start a workflow in Zoho Campaigns.
I have both Leads and Contacts synced from Zoho CRM, and the trigger field I am using is present in both modules, and synched to the same field in Zoho Campaigns. What I am seeing is that when this field is updated in a contact record, it correctly triggers the workflow, but if the field is updated in a lead record it does not.
When I check my contact details in Zoho Campaigns, there is only one record of this field, and it is updated whether the original record came from Leads or Contacts in CRM.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
