Update social media when a new blog post is made

My apologies if this has been answered before; a quick search on the forums didn't show an answer to this question.

When a I post a new item to my company's blog, it will automatically update my personal Facebook account. This isn't a big issue, as I can just share the post with my company's FB account. However, it becomes a hassle to update all the other social media sites my company has: Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.

Is there a way to configure the web site/blog to automatically post updates to all the social media sites? I couldn't find an option in the "manage site" settings so I don't know if it's even possible. If not, I would like to make it a suggestion for future enhancement.
