Hello Zoho CRM mail merge with Microsoft Word is suddenly getting many "Invalid Merge Field" errors.  We have seen this error before when fields or templates change, but in this case, the error message is displaying a blank for the invalid field name and we have not knowingly made any field or template changes in recent weeks.  Attached is a screen shot of the error message.

2 of us are having the same issue so it is not PC or user specific.  We are both running Windows 8 64 bit. 

The problem is occurring on multiple templates, none of which have recently changed. 

The error is occurring on multiple Potentials records, including older records which have not changed (we only use the Potentials tab for mail merge).  I verified that one of the fields that is not merging is a valid field name in the Potentials module.  I have not tested other modules since we do not have any templates associated with any other modules. 

It would appear that either the CRM website or the Add in for Microsoft Office have changed in the past few days.

This is urgent for our business.
