User account disabled Z101:Oops when I try and re-enable

I have a user account that was disabled. In the Control Panel I can see the account email is disabled, but when I try and re-enable and type in my password, I get a Z101:Oops error, and told to try again later.

The email account was working, and was disabled July 19th.
