I want to create a user account so when the customer receives an email the name comes up as "admin" in their inbox. I've tried to do it, but it comes up as my own name. I added a user but it created a whole new super user account with the name "
admin@mycompanyname.com".
Can I delete this super user account? How do I get it to come up as Admin rather than my own name in the customer's inbox?
