I'm attempting to add a new user and email, however it provides me with the ' User already exist in your org' error even though the user does not exist in the control panel, nor is it used as an alias on any of the mail id's. This issue began after I was cleaning house / removing unnecessary accounts and removed an email I decided to keep after all. When deleting it a prompt displayed saying 'there was an issue deleting the account' or something to that effect, but it is in fact gone from the control panel and is nowhere to be seen. The primary issue is that now it can no longer be re-added.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
