User Already Exists Error

Hi There

I'm trying to add the user darren@haywards.co.za to my domain under the Zoho Mail Administrator Control Panel, however I keep getting an error message which states that the user already exists even though when I look at the list of users it's not there.

I've seen other posts on this forum about this issue being caused by the user's email being assigned as a secondary email to a Zoho account but I'm not sure which account darren@haywards.co.za is linked to.

Can anyone assist? I would really appreciate it.
