After running an email campaign when I go through the reports, I wish to see when(date and time) an individual user have opened and clicked at a particular link. A graph of when the users in general is present and the links clicked too is available. So I want to know 

a) Is there an option to customize the way reports are generated in Zoho campaigns?

b) Is there a way where we can see which user has opened an email and when?

c)  Is there a way where we can see which user has clicked on a link present in the email and when?
