It seems that the "user details" page mentioned throughout the documentation is inaccessible, at least in the latest version of Google Chrome. It is not possible to even access this page due to a bug that originates from the `getPage` method in `cpanel.min.js`. 

Also, the design needs some serious work. Your products' user experience is inexcusably poor.
