My company has subscribed for zoho business. I have setup about 38 mailboxes and they appeared fine in the Users list but after a couple of days, we could not access an account (
amootoosamy@moollan-moollan.com). When trying to re-create that account, it says it already exists. Then I saw it in the pending invitation list, don't understand why it went there, and we are not able to login with this account to accept the request. I confirm that this account was never created before in zoho.
