Using the same task template for multiple

Is it possible to use the same task template across multiple projects? The task list will be same for the different projects, the only difference will be the dates. Seems silly if the projects follow same process to input the tasks over and over again, when only dates need to change.

Also, is it possible to import a task list from say MS and than input dates once uploaded.
