Creating a ZIP file allows us to combine multiple files into a single ZIP file and helps with data backup. It also simplifies the process of downloading and transferring a collection of documents.
In addition to generating ZIP files, WorkDrive provides users with a useful "preview" option that allows them to look into the content of a zipped file before downloading the file and extracting the contents.
