Web Integration - Landing Page

I am trying to implement Web Integration using Zoho CRM. I have uploaded respective forms in my web servers. The Application forms seems to be working fine as when I submit a record it gets imported to the CRM. However, its not re-directing to the respective landing page after submission of the record. Could you please suggest what might be the issue behind it?
