Now all my customers see is that the service is unavailable. Renewal of the domain took place on the 16th. I'm able to manage the domain using the portal provided by my domain service provider. I can login and edit the site using Builder and even get successful messages if I attempt to publish my site using Zoho Builder. But nothing I am doing is enable the site to be available. 

Help is needed as soon as possible
