When adding a creator based custom related list to the Contact details, how do I specify a different custom form field than account name?

When adding a creator based custom related list to the Contact details, how do I specify a different custom form field than account name?

I've got this working for the Account tab, but I also want to have this on the contacts tab as we record both on the booking. Is there any way to add columns to the custom form field lists than just account name? I've searched through the documentation, but I can't find anything.
