With 100's posts it's difficult to update old ones

With 100's posts it's difficult to update old ones

I've got literally 100's of posts and occasionally I need to update some info on them.
But the only way (I know ) of doing that is to laboriously flip down to the bottom of each page where the posts are displayed and click 'Next' and go to the bottom of that page, etc (for dozens of pages).
That's tedious! 
Is there any way of jumping to a particular post - if not, can it be implemented please?
