In October 2022, Microsoft will be disabling basic
Authentication Methods. Their latest article about this can be found here:

According to the Microsoft kb article about Disabling Basic Authentication
in Exchange Online, which can be found here, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/disable-basic-authentication-in-exchange-online
- basic Auth consists of Autodiscover, MAPI over HTTP, IMAP4, POP3, Authenticated
SMTP & a few more.
This change by Microsoft will affect every single user in our company, and as it currently stands, this will break all of our emails synced with CRM. Here is an example sign in log showing our users on IMAP4, which is a Legacy/Basic authentication method. Unfortunately the CRM does not let us use modern EWS authentication against O365 accounts, and as a result, they will all be disabled if nothing is updated between now and this change. I am looking to find out if this is on your roadmap & how it will be addressed.
