Workspaces Help

Hi

I am new to Zoho one and am starting to implement Zoho docs for my business.

I have set up different workspaces for different teams in my business to access but ever file I add into a workspace all shows up in my home directory folder of Zoho docs, is there any way of getting these files to not show up twice.
 Or is there a better way I should be setting this up for shared access.
