"You do not have permission to access Zoho CRM" How to fix it?

I'm getting this problem when clicking inside gmail link:

You do not have permission to access Zoho CRM
  • Please contact your administrator

Even though I'm an admin ( I installed the app ) , How can I fix it?

I read that if you delete the "&from=google" at the end of the string it will work, and it does BUT sounds just too ineficient to tell all the workers to do it.
