Dans cet article nous allons découvrir "Zia Search", un puissant outil de recherche unifiée.
Zia, l'intelligence artificielle de Zoho, vous aide à accomplir plusieurs fonctions telles que l'analyse des données, la traduction, la recherche, la vérification grammaticale, etc. Parmi celles-ci, "Zia Search" est une fonctionnalité très utilisée, où Zia accomplit une recherche unifiée et puissante pour toutes vos données au travers de l'entreprise, en respectant toujours les structures d'autorisation que vous avez définies pour tous les employés.
Zia peut effectuer sa recherche contextuelle au travers des contacts, des données, des documents, du site-web et des applications tierces.
La recherche par application
Pour raffiner votre recherche, vous identifiez tout simplement l'application dans laquelle vous voulez effectuer la recherche. Par exemple, pour trouver des documents sur WorkDrive, sélectionnez WorkDrive et saisissez le nom du document que vous voulez rechercher. Les sous-filtres ci-dessous tendent à mieux définir votre recherche.
La recherche par contact
La deuxième est la recherche par le contact. Vous identifiez le contact et Zia peut extraire des informations au travers d'applications comme Mail, CRM, portails Desk et autres applications Zoho, instantanément. Zia vous affiche toutes les interactions avec le contact en question comme les e-mails échangés, les fichiers sur WorkDrive, etc.
La recherche contextuelle
Zia Search est intégrée dans de nombreuses applications Zoho : vous pouvez donc passer par la recherche Zia à partir de n’importe quelle application pour trouver des informations pertinentes. Zia non seulement vous classe vos résultats par document ou par contact mais aussi affiche des informations contextuelles. Par exemple, vous avez reçu un e-mail de l'organisation et vous voulez en savoir plus avant de répondre : sélectionnez simplement le nom de l'entreprise de l'expéditeur et cliquez sur "rechercher". Zia affichera toutes vos interactions avec cette organisation au travers des applications Zoho One. Par ailleurs vous pouvez répondre à l'e-mail sans basculer entre les applications.
Parfois, nous n'arrivons pas à trouver les informations nécessaires au sein des pages d'aide. Maintenant, Zia Search vous permet de les trouver. Sélectionnez l'onglet "Help Pages". L'onglet "All applications" vous proposer la liste de toutes les applications pour sélectionner celle qui vous intéresse. L'onglet " All Categories" vous aide à choisir le type de document que vous voulez consulter, soit un document texte soit une vidéo.
La recherche OCR et Photo
Avec le support OCR (Optical Character Recognition) dans Zia Search, vous pouvez rechercher du texte au sein de documents numérisés et d’autres fichiers images. Ce support débloque des millions de documents numérisés et d’images qui n’étaient pas consultables jusqu’à présent.
Les photos sont généralement nommées comme IMG1023.jpg ou un format qui ne donne aucun indice sur le contenu d’une photo, ce qui force les utilisateurs à ouvrir chaque photo pour trouver ce qu'ils recherchent.
Zia Search est accessible sur plusieurs applications de Zoho One depuis une barre de recherche. Au-delà des fonctionnalités ci-dessus, vous pouvez paramètrer Zia Search, comme choisir les applications où vous voulez l'activer. Vous pouvez aussi changer l'ordre des applications selon votre besoin en mettant l'application la plus utilisée en haut.

Vous pouvez enregistrer la demande de recherche avec les filtres et utiliser votre recherche sauvegardée pour une prochaine fois. Edit a previous reconciliation
I realized that during my March bank reconciliation, I chose the wrong check to reconcile (they were for the same amount on the same date, I just chose the wrong check to reconcile). So now, the incorrect check is showing as un-reconciled. Is there any way I can edit a previous reconciliation (this is 7 months ago) so I can adjust the check that was reconciled?
