Zoho Assist | Desk email subject issue.
Hi Zoho Team
When inviting my customers to join a remote session via the Zoho Desk ticket, they receive an email that looks like below.
Hello ,
I've initiated a Remote Support session regarding your ticket, <#229664000005715001: Potentially unwanted application file >. It would help me view your computer and resolve the ticket quickly.
As you can see, it doesn't contain the correct ticket number, just a long string of numbers.
