Zoho Assist just dropped connection and won't reconnect

Zoho Assist just dropped connection and won't reconnect

I was just using Assist to work on a machine in a different location.
Then it just stopped. I lost the connection.
When I try to reconnect, it just keeps me waiting.

The status in the panel shows the machine is connected.
I need to finish something in the next 4 hours.
Hope someone can help.
