Zoho Assist - Not able to run on Windows 11

Good Morning, 

I am having issues with getting Zoho Assist to run on Windows 11. Everytime i run the app, it states that "the item zaservice.exe" shortcut has been changed or removed. 

i copied the installer from 'my department', put it on the desktop of the remote machine. right clicked and ran as admin. 

Please help as i need to get this machine out the door and to my client.
