Zoho Assist Unattended access is not opening
Hello,
I'm trying to connect to a laptop registered on unattended access. The laptop is physically present in another country and I'm in India. When we try to open the Unattended access tab, it keeps on loading and none of the devices are displayed. My other colleagues residing there are able to access in instant. I have attached the screenshot for reference.
I have tried to change the network provider, restart my laptop couple of times, cleared cache and again tried to access but nothing seems to work.
I need to access this device urgently to finish a time bound task. Immediate help would be really appreciated.
