- assigning a resource to a booking I.e if you all staff share a meeting room. Acuity allows you to set up that meeting room as a resource attached to the booking. 

- setting different availability per appointment type for eg our new client calls are on a rostered system which is actually quite common, Jo might have new client calls on Monday afternoon and Mary might have them on Monday morning. While Mary is still available for other appointments Monday afternoon she is not available for new client calls.
