Zoho Campaigns Contact Honorific or Degree

Hi: we have large number of physicians in database, does Zoho Campaigns allow honorific? We see only following fields. Can an honorific or degree field be added?

e.g. Dr Sanjay Gudala or Sanjay Gudala, MD, PhD


We see only as follows now, with no apparent method to edit/modify the fields.
