ZOHO Can't Seem to Master Filtering Spam - But It Can Keep Putting GOOD Emails In My Spam Folder?

I just don't get it. I've embarked on a mission to cut down on spam by using the Org Settings and blacklisting all domains that keep spamming us. The biggest offenders are those that contain ".download" or ".top" or ".com.br" and I seriously doubt any mail from such domains is ever legitimate wanted email. I tried to see how many domains I'm now blocking and after hitting the "right arrow" to get to the end of my blocked list a bunch of times, I got an error "Unusual activity detected from this IP. Please try again after some time." After some time passed, I see I have 2,044 domains in my blocked domain list and it's growing daily.

I'm forced like others to check my spam folder often (tip: don't just look at Spam folder's 1st group of spam emails that gets displayed, if your Spam folder says you have a 100+, you need to right arrow forward at top right of reading pane to see all pages (typically, you only see 50 messages per page).

My challenge now is that I'm getting good emails that just can't be flagged to go into my inbox despite how many times I hit "Not Spam" or if I "Whitelist" their email address. I've confirmed the addresses are NOT in the Blacklist.

Why is this so hard for ZOHO to get a decent spam management system in place? Is placement of SPAM in our emails a revenue stream for ZOHO?
