Zoho Cliq 7.0: Built for Uninterrupted Work

Zoho Cliq 7.0: Built for Uninterrupted Work

Work today moves fast, but follow-ups, meetings, and coordination still get messy more than we often like to admit. Zoho Cliq 7.0 is all about making everyday work feel a little lighter—better collaboration, smoother workflows, more helpful assistance, and meeting experiences that don’t add extra noise.

Conversations you can actually keep up with

Being on top of work doesn’t have to mean scrolling through endless chats, missed replies, and scattered updates. The latest improvements to Cliq are designed to bring more structure to daily communications, making conversations easier to follow and less overwhelming. Whether it’s internal chats, external collaboration, or busy channels, the goal is to help people stay in sync without having to dig for context.

AI that works right where you work

AI in Cliq is no longer something you switch on and off, but rather something integrated into daily conversations and workflows. It helps you keep up with what’s happening, reducing the need to check conversations manually and related actions as you go. AI is more embedded, contextual, and a part of how work gets done.

Meetings that are easier to follow

Meetings often create more work rather than reducing it. You lose pieces, multitask during update announcements, and have trouble returning to what was discussed.
Recent updates make meetings easier to follow, with greater clarity, a better viewing experience, and improved support for participation in live discussions.

Works the way your organization does

All teams have their own style, and rigid systems bog things down. These updates allow teams to make Cliq their own more flexibly, rather than adapting their workflow to the platform. It’s about empowering teams with more control where they need it, from setup to day-to-day operations.

For teams that are scaling fast

With growing organizations, minor gaps in setup, visibility, or control start to become bigger points of friction. The latest updates are all about making scale less painful, with smoother onboarding, better system-wide visibility, stronger accessibility support, and more reliability across devices.

But we're not stopping at highlights. Each section has a detailed help guide on how each functionality works in real-time, and how it fits into workflows. Take a look and explore what’s new.

We’d also love your feedback on what stands out and what you’d like to see next.
