Zoho Commerce Live Support-Why email only?
As a new user to Zoho Commerce, but a three year user to Zoho One Suite, I would like to ask why Commerce does not have live support? I have many questions and an issue with linking a mail sign-up to Zoho Campaigns, but find I am waiting two days for an email answer. The latest answer has not addressed my issue, and completely missed the point, which is very frustrating. I am wasting time and have had to delay the launch of my ecommerce site again.
