Zoho CRM and MS Outlook Plugin - Reoccurring Calendar events issue
I am a novice user and exploring the various features of Zoho CRM for Outlook plugin. I noticed:
If a reoccurring event was created in Zoho CRM, then it
will be added to outlook calendar as separate events with same info (IE: Create
in Zoho CRM reoccurring event for 3 consecutive days. Once synced, it’ll be added to Outlook calendar
as 3 separate events w/ same info)
If a reoccurring event was created in Outlook, then once synced it will
only add the first day in Zoho CRM calendar.
If a single day event was created in Zoho CRM
and synced to Outlook calendar, then you update the event to reoccur over 2
days and sync it back to Zoho CRM, the event will disappear off of Zoho CRM
calendar
I'd appreciate other users experiences / workarounds.
