Zoho CRM and Zoho Support integration - view in CRM
Hello,
I am been paying with Zoho Support and so far it is really showing me a great potential.
I have a question regarding the integration of Zoho CRM and Support.
Once a ticket is created in Support, the user can find it back in the contact view.
At the moment, only the following fields are shown in the table:
Ticket ID, Subject, Assigned to, Status and Date
Is an option to add a different field like the classification ?
With this extra column, my sales team will be able to see the actual reason for contacting our Support without having to necessarily open the ticket.
