zoho crm android app not integrating with main crm

zoho crm android app not integrating with main crm

None of the info that I write in my zoho crm app from my galaxy note 3 are showing up on anything (not my laptop, not my desktop, not my company's reports) except for my mobile app. What is going on? I can see all my work that I have done from my app on my app but no one including me can see it anywhere else... And yes.. I have refreshed the app as well as deleted it and reinstalled it
