Zoho CRM: Issue with Audit Log Export file **UPDATE: Issue Fixed**

Hello Enterprise Community!

We are reaching out to address a recent issue identified with the Zoho CRM Audit Log Export functionality.

It has come to our attention that the exported Audit Log file from Zoho CRM is currently missing timestamps within the 'Audited Time' field. This irregularity may impact your ability to accurately track changes and activities within your Zoho CRM instance. You will see in the screenshots below that both date and time should be listed within the 'Audited Time' field. However, only the date value appears in the 2nd screenshot. 





We discovered this anomaly on November 14, 2023 within US, Japan and Canada data centers. We are working diligently to resolve and determine the root cause. We assure you that this issue is receiving our full attention and is being treated with urgency. While this issue does not compromise the overall integrity and security of your data within Zoho CRM, it may affect auditing processes that rely on time tracking. We understand the critical nature of this functionality and are committed to resolving this promptly.
