Zoho CRM-Desk integration
We activated Zoho CRM-Desk integration with one way sync from CRM to Desk on 29th of June.
324 accounts were added on 29th of June and then 5 accounts were added to Desk on 02nd of July by scheduled imports according to sync history.
We suppose still there are some contacts remain in Zoho desk to be updated. (These contacts exist in CRM). Can you explain us how the scheduled import cycles work? We want to know when we can expect that all existing contacts will be updated.
