Zoho CRM integration with Elastix 2.5

Hello,

I'm trying to integrate Zoho CRM with an Elastix PBX (Centos 6). The thing is, I am following all the steps on the  manual, but whenever I try to run:  nohup sh run.sh &
It says this: 
I recreated the authtoken and putted it on the file ./conf/zti.properties, still the same problem.

One more questio: What ports does it use?, I have a firewall denying everything except for the http, https, (sip calls) and ssh.
