I am a new user to Zoho CRM and have started using the email tab with Zoho CRM for email.  It does not appear that the mail function is actually integrated though.  E.g. when I create a contact in "Emails" tab, the contact does not show up under the "Contacts" tab (or anywhere else I can locate) in Zoho CRM.

Is there some sort of integration that has to be activated?  If so, where do I find the information on how to do this?
