ZoHo CRM Task created from ZoHo Desk ticket?
Hello,
I have searched the forum and did not find a clear answer. I apologize if I missed it.
I am looking to see if there is a way for a ZoHo Desk ticket to become a CRM task. I have the intefgrations on and it is pulling the tickets in and matching with the contact. I just wanted to see if there was away to make the ticket appear as a task, or at the very least, show open tickets in the dashboard view of CRM.
Any thoughts?
