ZOHO CRM - Web forms NOT linking

I created a webform, copy/pasted the code to wordpress and its not linking back to Zoho. It also not sending the default email ... Kind of errkss me that zoho will only respond to paying consumers, when I'm trying to learn the program and have full intentions of switching my company over... not good for new business.
