Zoho Docs: "Preview not available" for shared file.

I have shared a file (.mp4) and when someone opens the link (via shared link and password) they only get the option to download the file -- no option to view it -- with the message:

"Preview not available"

When I share a whole folder with someone (via a shared link and password) they are able to view the .mp4 files.

I want to be able to share the folder to some people, but only a single file to others.  I do not see any options for "viewing" in the share options area.

Please advise how to give the single shared file the ability/right to view online (as opposed to having to download first).
