Zoho Enterprise - Social Tab NOT WORKING
The only way a user can access the social tab is with the admin profile.
Created a test profile, with full administrator privileges, did not work either.
Created a test profile, with standard privileges, individually added privileges (and tested after each one) up to an Administrator level did not work either.
Side Notes: Social access is selected in Standard user profile. Test profile includes access to social networking.
I am very upset we upgraded to Enterprise, mainly for this feature, and it is not working. I entered a support request, have done two online chat sessions and a go to meeting session, and my ticket was assigned to a developer on Nov 21 and there has not been a single update.
