Zoho Finance Limitations 2.0 #9: Zoho Finance Module NOT accessible via Mobile CRM App.
The zoho mobile CRM app is fantastic, easy to navigate and well thought out. Our sales reps in the field depend on it daily.
When you migrate to Zoho Finance you'll be disappointed if you use the mobile app as the Zoho Finance Module is not available via mobile
If you receive an email notification and click the link to open the (crm finance) record... it will automatically open the CRM mobile app... at which point you're delighted... but then you see the on-screen message below.
Workaround: Use a tablet instead... it's painful when you are so used to the mobile app but there is no other option!
