my query is i have field in my form that is type of courses & in that two dropdown options are there first is individual training and Group training , If i select group training i want to select the number of peoples, For Example group of 2 peoples 4 peoples like this . I have created the form but main problem is facing here I want pop of number of people & in that options of numbers.
