I have created a Form for a survey quote request.
On completion a lead is added automatically into CRM, how can i get all the relevant fields to show somewhere in the CRM lead record. The standard ones are added like name, address, etc, but i would like the other fields added somewhere so a quote can be generated without having to go and look at the actual form entry. 

Is this possible?
