I am trying to set up a custom subdomain for my forms, I have verified it by following the instructions using CNAME. However, ZOHO Forms is not recognizing my domain.

My subdomain agreements.mayandco.law is pointing towards forms.cs.zohohost.com which in turn resolves to the IP address 204.141.42.199. When I tried pinging this IP, all requests timed out.
