Zoho Forms not syncing with Zoho CRM
I am having trouble using Zoho Forms with Zoho CRM workflow.
I have created a form that is integrated into my CRM contacts. Once the form is submitted a new contact is created. Great!
I wish to send this new contact an email which i wish to trigger as a rule and an alert set up in workflow. Unfortunately the CRM does not recognise the new contact to send the email alert when created by the form, but does create the new contact.
The rule is executed however when a new contact is created manually!!
Can anyone help with this. I am hoping there is a solution out there.
